# How to Reward, Award, or Flag an Employee

Recognize outstanding performance or address issues by assigning awards, rewards, or flags using Spark!

1. Click on "Sparks"
2. Click on "Create Sparks"

1. Choose if it is an award, reward or flag
2. Complete the data fields
3. Assign the reward, flag or award to a team member
4. Click on "Save"
