# How to Publish a Job Listing

With the Spot!, you can easily recruit talent to your team, and do this seamlessly by just posting a job listing

* Click on "Job board"
* Click on "Create listing"

Complete all the data fields

* Fill the data fields
* Use the custom fields to add any questions you want applicants to fill
* Enable "Test" to add assessment tests for applicants to take
* Click on 'Save"

After clicking on "save" your job will be listed below and you get to "publish" it to get a link to share with your network

Click on the "Publish" icon to publish your job listing.

Click "Copy" to copy the job link provided for you

This link can be shared on your website, LinkedIn, social media pages, and other recruitment platforms
