# Welcome to Spur!

Spur! is a transparent employee performance tracking system that enables businesses to properly gauge employee efficiencies, determine fair compensation strategies, and enhance overall workplace productivity.

## Accessing Spur!

Spur! can be accessed via the SpurtX! SSO.

1. Click on the **Apps** feature (top left corner, represented by four dots arranged in a square).
2. Select **Spur!** from the list.
3. You will be redirected to your account, landing on Spur!.
