# How to Create and Publish a Survey
Surveys help collect employee feedback and track workplace engagement. Follow these steps:
1. Click on "Surveys"
2. Click on "Create Survey"
3. Complete the data fields and click on "Save"
4. You can **Publish** your survey to make it available to employees
