Common Issues and Solutions

1. **I can’t access Spur!**

   * Ensure you are logged into SpurtX! SSO.
   * Check your internet connection.
   * Clear browser cache and try again.

2. **Survey/Appraisal not publishing**

   * Ensure all required fields are filled.
   * Check for any system maintenance notifications.

3. **How do I delete a department?**
   * Navigate to **Departments**.
   * Locate the department and click the **Delete icon**.
   * Confirm the deletion.
