    • Ensure you are logged into SpurtX! SSO.

    • Check your internet connection.

    • Clear browser cache and try again.

  2. Survey/Appraisal not publishing

    • Ensure all required fields are filled.

    • Check for any system maintenance notifications.

  3. How do I delete a department?

    • Navigate to Departments.

    • Locate the department and click the Delete icon.

    • Confirm the deletion.
