🎏 How to Create a Project

Start new projects and choose between using your own team or hiring from the marketplace.

Steps:

1. On your Sync! dashboard, locate the "Create Project" widget or click the "+ Add Project" icon in the Projects feature.

2. Choose between:

   • Use Your Own Team

   • Hire from the Marketplace

3. Fill in the required project details.

4. Click "Create Project".

5. Once the project is created, you can add milestones (mandatory) and assign them to team members (optional).
