# How to Hire Talent from the Marketplace

Click on **"Marketplace"** 

Explore the different talents that are on the marketplace

You can filter your search with the filter button

If you find a talent that suits your need, further explore their profile and invite them to work with you

After clicking on the skill or job you're willing to apply either Gig or bids

You can submit either a message or a proposal document

then you click on "Submit Proposal"
