# How to Hire Talent from the Marketplace

You can use Sync! pool of highly qualified experts to reach your objectives more quickly.

Click on **"Marketplace"** 

Explore the different talents that are on the marketplace

You can filter your search with the filter button

If you find a talent that suits your need, further explore their profile and invite them to work with you

Click "Submit Proposal"
