The difference between a gig and a bid

Knowing the distinction between a bid and a gig on Sync! will enable you to decide how to get the most out of your team members.

Gig: When you set up gigs, your team knows that once a milestone is completed, they will receive payment directly to their Sync wallet. This means you need to have full funds available for a milestone before you assign it to a team member.

Bid: When you set up bids, your team knows that they can negotiate the time they get paid. This means you can assign milestones without having funds available.
